Apex Boats becomes official supplier

Alongside Team Alinghi all around the world since 2010 with two 24 feet RIBs, Apex Boats is becoming official supplier of the Team in 2020 by supplying a new 28 feet custom built chase boat for our new TF35 catamaran.

Apex & Alinghi’s story
Apex & Alinghi met during the America’s Cup 2007 edition in Valencia, where Apex Boats was America’s Cup Management’s official supplier for professional RIBs and provided around 40 RIBs between 5 and 8 meters to secure the event. In 2010, Alinghi acquired two Apex 24 feet chase RIBs for our lake and sea programs.
To support our new TF35 foiler from 2020, the team chose Apex Boats once again for the great seaworthiness, durability and value for quality.

A close collaboration to realise our new custom built chase boat
Apex Boats worked hand to hand for several months with our technical team to design the perfect chase rigid inflatable boat we needed to assist our new “flying” 35-foot foiling catamaran. The support boat had to be heavy duty to operate in all weather, very fast up to 50 knots, spacious and also extremely functional.
Apex custom built the entire deck space and all the accessories to meet all the technical requirements in quality and performance.
