Italia, Arriviamo! A New Chapter Begins

CAGLIARI, ITALY: The gear is unpacked, the boats are ready, and Tudor Team Alinghi has officially arrived in Sardinia. With the first Preliminary Regatta of the 38th America’s Cup on the horizon, the team wasted no time settling in, starting with a proper taste of local hospitality.

We headed to a traditional neighbourhood pizzeria, where the owner welcomed us behind the counter for a hands-on lesson in pizza making. Safe to say, we’re already big fans of pizza and even more eager to get out on the Sardinian waters and start racing.

The team is now settled and ready; focus now turns to the racecourse. Training continues this week in Cagliari, ahead of racing from 21–24 May 2026.
