 Peter van Nieuwenhuyzen spotted in Marseille Alinghi bowman Piet van Nieuwenhuyzen, keeping up to date with grand prix racing, was spotted in Marseille at the Audi MedCup on board the TP52 Quantum standing in for grinder Steve Howe who was unable to make it to the regatta. Piet arrived fresh from Lugano in Switzerland where he was racing on the Alinghi X40 with team mates Ed Baird, Lorenzo Mazza, Craig Satterthwaite and Peter Evans. The Alinghi sailors are busy training towards an America's Cup in 2009 and every moment on the water counts! |
